Responsibilities:

Lead team of marketing managers and graphic designers. Provide vision, establish goals, manage aggressive business development campaign and increase sales, supervise team activity, ensure quality, measure and analyze results, provide individual professional development, recruit and hire top-caliber staff, report to CEO, participate in management team functions.

Job Requirements

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of advancement in marketing positions.

Minimum of 5 years of senior level management experience.

Demonstrated experience developing marketing campaigns and marketing communications elements.

Demonstrated excellence in writing proposals and closing deals.

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Oil & gas industry experience is a plus.
